National Championship Games

The Division I & II National Championship games will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at the Regional Athletic Complex following the consolation competition in the morning. All teams are invited to stay and see who will be crowned the 2017 WCLA Division I & II National Champion. Following the games and award presentations, the All-Tournament team will be announced and presented with individual awards on the field. We strongly suggest that all teams attend the championship games.

All-Tournament Selection Process

An All-Tournament Team will be selected and include participants from each competing institution. Coaches will nominate players from their team for selection to the All-Tournament Team. The All-Tournament Team will be announced immediately following the National Championship Game.

US Lacrosse is looking for capable and enthusiastic volunteers (ages 16 and older) in the Salt Lake City area to help make the 2017 event a success. Specifically, we need field monitors and scorer’s table assistants who will help track game scores and record goals and penalties. Please consider volunteering, even if you can only help with limited time shifts.

All team members (coaches included) must be individual US Lacrosse members before submitting their WCLA roster in order to participate in the event.
